If you’re a fan of The Matrix Trilogy, you’ll know that The Oracle is kind of a big deal. This elderly woman has the amazing ability of foresight, and Neo holds a strong affection for her wisdom. However, you may have noticed a slight change in this character from the first to the third movie.
While The Oracle was originally played by Gloria Foster in The Matrix and The Matrix Reloaded, she sadly passed away just after the second movie. So, she was replaced by Mary Alice for The Matrix Revolutions.
