Underwood really is multi-talented. We’re starting to wonder if there’s anything she can’t do. On top of singing, songwriting and modeling, she’s also pretty adept at acting. Since 2010, she’s been building up the acting credits on shows like the sitcom, “How I Met Your Mother.” Only a year later, Carrie moved from the small screen to the big one, landing a part in biographical drama film, “Soul Surfer.” She plays the role of Sarah Hill, a woman who offers help to the protagonist after she survives a shark attack.
