Adrianne Palicki’s recent ex-husband Scott Grimes isn’t just best friends with Seth MacFarlane on-screen, but off the screen as well, having actually known each other for over 20 years. Grimes has voiced characters on MacFarlane’s shows Family Guy and American Dad! – the latter of which he has been working on since 2005.
In fact, when MacFarlane first started creating The Orville, he wrote the role of Malloy specifically with his buddy in mind. Grimes also appeared previously on series like NCIS: Los Angeles, Justified, and Shameless.
