The late Joan Rivers, famous TV host, and acid-tongued comedian was not shy about promoting how many operations she had been through. Joan’s book, A Woman’s Guide to Beauty Through Plastic Surgery, lets us understand her thoughts on cosmetic surgery. She believed that women should break the bank to have the procedures done, and thought that looking 20 years younger would undoubtedly make you happier. Joan’s daughter, Melissa, said that her mom had 348 surgical modifications done to her body throughout her life to remain smooth-skinned.
