Perhaps in one of the most well-known transformations, Rodrigo Alves has spent over $500,000 to perfect looking like the male friend of child’s toy Barbie, Ken. He truly is a living Ken doll. On top of the relatively standard nose, lip and Botox procedures, Alves has gone a step further and had implants to achieve a fake six-pack and more sculpted arm and leg muscles. To round off his transformation into Ken, Alves has had a hair transplant. In fairness, he looks a lot like the plastic figurine.
