There should be some sort of rule about sticking to the joke you start telling. Clearly, this guy does not get comedy etiquette, and when they decided that they were in the mood of a ‘knock knock’ joke, they instigated the conversation in that direction and then expected the recipient of this message to follow through!
Well, this may be a tough lesson to learn, but if you’re the one who starts the joke, you’re the one who delivers the punchline!
