The person who wrote this – based on some clues we think their name might be Dave – probably thought this was an ingenious move. After all, it makes it clear that the drinks are theirs while imparting just enough passive-aggression to let people know they’re not happy about having them stolen.
Unfortunately, when you have a name as common as Dave, it’s likely that you share it with at least one other person in the office. This person might lose a drink, but at least they gained a Dave compatriot.
