So what exactly was her ‘plan’? Well, it was clear to the hotel manager that the bride was trying to fool the hotel into thinking that everything was wrong when it clearly wasn’t. By acting upset and angry, the bride thought the hotel would give in and admit it was somehow their fault.
In this case, she was hoping that they would compensate her with a discount, or potentially a full refund as an apology for their ‘mixup’. However, of course the hotel had a one-up on her.
