According to the bride, everything was wrong! And because of their “incompetence as staff”, her wedding was now apparently completely ruined. At this point, her speaking voice had now turned to shouting and she was being beyond rude to anyone that spoke to her.
She was blaming the staff for getting everything wrong, and what’s more, she threatened to sue the hotel for ruining her big day. The staff were blown away. How could they get EVERYTHING wrong? It just didn’t make sense.
