Hearing the commotion, the hotel manager entered the room to diffuse the situation. He approached the bride and asked her to calm down as she thought her behavior was inappropriate, whether they had got everything wrong or not.
To resolve the issue, the manager invited the bride into her office to talk through everything and come up with the best solution on how they could move forward. The bride remained true to her angry words, but nonetheless agreed to chat elsewhere.
