Most people he meets and even his close friends tend to get annoyed with his overly strict routine habits. It can be even more annoying when he doesn’t understand jokes or sarcasm. Amy, a neurobiologist, doesn’t seem to mind. They’ve been dating since the fifth season and they get engaged in the tenth season.
