This is one idea that’s truly bizarre in both concept and execution. Don’t get us wrong – we’re worldly people, and we’ve heard of servers walking around weddings and other events holding trays overladen with various sweet treats. We’ve just never seen a server who WAS the tray themselves… This is just so impractical.
The lady, her beaming smile notwithstanding, won’t be able to sit down the entire evening, and we got a little nauseous just thinking about what might happen if she needs to go to the bathroom. But forget all that – one small misstep and the entire evening’s dessert selection goes flying.
