That’s where David Dobrik comes on the scene. David, a 22-year-old YouTuber who was born in Slovakia, started out on Vine, a short form video hosting app where people could share six-second videos with their friends and followers. David gained quite a following on the popular app before starting his own YouTube channel, which is fortunate because Vine shut down for good in 2016.
Now, David is a very popular YouTube personality, with over 12 million subscribers. He collaborates on his vlogs with a group of friends and confederates known as the Vlog Squad, and together they make silly videos featuring surprises, pranks, and jokes. One member of this squad is comedian Jason Nash.
